Discovery Field Inspections (“DFI,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy and safeguarding the personal information you share with us. We do not use your information for marketing unless you explicitly request updates from us.

Discovery Field Inspections, Inc DBA DFI will not share, sell, or disclose your personal information or mobile opt-in data to third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law. 

  • When required by law 
  • When required by federal program oversight (HUD/REAC) 
  • When necessary to complete the services you requested

 

Your information is kept confidential and used solely for the purposes you have agreed to. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties. Text messaging opt-in data is not being shared with third parties.

Discovery Field Inspections takes the privacy and security of your information seriously. We use reasonable and customary industry safeguards to protect personal and property-related information from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.
